Tunde Bakare scores zero vote, Nwajiuba poll one vote

Former National Minister of Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba and Citadel Global Church’s Presiding Overseer, Rev. Tunde Bakare, appeared to be in disarray at the first presidential meeting of the All Progressives Congress.

Although Nwajiuba could only get one vote, Bakare failed to match his grief to action after he failed to cast his ballot.

Prior to the vote, the archbishop had recited a series of petitions to step down in order to elect a new leader, vowing to stand up.

At the end of the proceedings, the party’s National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, received one ticket at risk of becoming APC president.
