Naira Marley thrills fans at album listening party

The famous singer and self-proclaimed Marlian FC leader, Azeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, on Sunday, May 29, 2022, hosted his first album listening party.

The 14-song album is entitled, ‘God’s Time Is Better’. According to the artist, he chose the title because there were some things he had been trying to do but it didn’t work out until God decided it was the right time. While on stage at the event the singer said, “How are you guys. Thanks to everyone for getting out of here. God’s timing is the best. In my life, I have always tried to plan many things in my time but they really failed.

“On my way to Nigeria, the EFCC arrested me and released me.

“God’s timing is the best because this album has come at God’s time. I could have taken it out a long time ago but I can ‘drop it’ now. ”

Other artists who entertained guests at the listening party included colleagues with Marley label, Oniyide Azeez, better known as Zinoleesky; and Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad, among others. Zinoleesly and Mohbad sang songs that were included in the album.

Prior to the release of this new album, the artist had two Extended Play albums titled, ‘Lord of Lamba’ and ‘Gotta Dance.
