Owo attack: End killings in Nigeria, Atiku support group tasks Buhari

Atiku support group yesterday, called on the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (next) to end the killings in Nigeria.

The group, affiliated to the Atiku Support Organization, made the request in a statement on Sunday, condemning the attack on St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, Ondo State.


The incident, which resulted in the loss of lives, took place in a church, less than 200 meters from the Olowo Palace of Owo.

A statement signed by the Secretary of the National Advertising Organization, Victor Moses, reads, “The senseless killing of Nigerians under the failed APC government led by President Buhari is unacceptable.


“But how long will we be like this? We wish to remind President Buhari that his authenticity lies in the people and that the inefficiency of his government puts Nigeria and Nigerians on the brink. ”

“As a retired military general, Nigerians should at least enjoy security under his government, but the opposite is true.

“Under the‘ General ’of the APC government led by Buhari, Nigeria, unfortunately, has become a den of kidnappers and a paradise for terrorists and assassins.


“For the first time in our history as a nation, insecurity has become the next big thing in the oil industry. Now terrorists are killing entertainment. ”

Urging the President to end the genocide in the country, the party said, “Therefore, we call on President Muhammadu Buhari to address the challenges posed by his failed government and make it worse and immediately stop the massacre.” in the land or take a bow. ”
