JUST IN: Nigeria want to send Nnamdi Kanu to prison without trial-UK Lawyer cries out.

Bruce Fein, the United States-based representative of the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, wrote to Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
He warned the group not to sit on the legal fence, noting that Nigeria plans to hold Kanu permanently without trial.
A letter dated May 31, 2022 was written to the President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, George Obiozor, and made available to the media by Kanu’s Special Adviser, Aloy Ejimakor, on Tuesday.
In a letter, Bruce Fein of Bruce Fein Law Firms, Washington DC disclosed plans by the State Government to detain Nnamdi Kanu permanently without trial for any of his deaths.
“It has become clear beyond a doubt that Fulani activists have no evidence against him. They intend to imprison Nnamdi Kanu permanently without trial for praying for his death or for submitting his fraudulent persecution to subsequent officers and washing their hands like Pontius Pilate, ”part of the study.
Part of the letter read, “For almost a year, Nnamdi Kanu was sentenced to solitary confinement and denied access to essential food, health care, and counseling in violation of international human rights law and the Nigerian Constitution. (The Fulani government respects the Constitution by breaking the law instead of keeping it). Nnamdi Kanu was also denied her right to a public trial, immediately and fairly in the presence of an impartial judge.
“The Fulani have amended three cases against Nnamdi Kanu. They remain indefinitely vague. They violate the internationally recognized international human right of choice enshrined in Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and Article 3 of the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 61/295, Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007). Despite the forces of lawyers and investigators, the Fulani remained unprepared for the trial after more than 11 months had elapsed since the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu in Abuja. There is currently no trial. ”
Fein, Nnamdi Kanu’s international lawyer and spokesman, also warned Ohanaeze, “Fulfill your legal and ethical obligations as leaders who call themselves Biafra leaders. Do not show your heels when an accident occurs.
“To whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required; Luke 12:48. What is needed to overcome evil is that good men and women do nothing.
“Nnamdi Kanu is one of you – born from the same background, raised on the same diet, inspired by the same music and dances, and raised by the same culture, inspired by the same flag. He has risked his final and final commitment (including defending the bullets of the would-be assassins) to free the Biafran people from the brutal oppression and genocide of the Fulani-ruled Nigerian government like Moses and Pharaoh in the Old Testament. ”
Fein said prosecutors had risen to a new level on May 25, 2022, adding, “The bail case was set against Justice Binta Nyako on May 26. Bail was denied on the false pretense that Nnamdi Kanu had earlier escaped bail in September. 2017 when he narrowly escaped an assassination attempt by exercising his undisclosed right to self-determination as Nigerian security forces looted his residence killing many others. Abia High Court has awarded Nnamdi Kanu 5 billion naira for the shameful violation and the reputation of fundamental rights.
The day before the bail application was heard, Justice Nyako announced to the clerk of the court that he was “still alive” and adjourned the case for another month until June 28, 2022. Would justice not have been able to make better excuses, such as the Covid torture? “Indisposed” means a minor illness that lasts for days. The most likely explanation is that Attorney General Abubakar Malami, following orders from President Muhammadu Buhari, has ordered Nyako to postpone the trial because prosecutors are not guilty.
“It depends on. In addition to public criticism of Nnamdi Kanu’s continued political persecution, which has been hailed as a hammer in the quest for the release and withdrawal of racist charges, the June 28 bail hearing will also be postponed indefinitely. Nnamdi Kanu’s brutal punishment without trial will continue with the notorious violation of the Nigerian Constitution and international law.
“You, collectively, have a legal and moral duty to speak out against this justice which causes great anguish every day to the people of Biafra. Do not be traitors for good reason. Risk a small part of what Nnamdi Kanu risked to regain his Biafran sovereignty. It was stolen by the British a hundred years ago and the Fulani refused to return it by turning to the genocide.
“Peace is unacceptable. Neutrality between fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher is not an option. You cannot escape the judgment of history. Show that you are made of harder materials than hurricanes. ”
Recall that last June, Nnamdi Kanu was abducted, tortured for several days, and extradited from Nairobi to Abuja in a criminal plot between Nigeria and Kenya.
Fein advised, “The conspiracy was part of the ongoing Nigerian genocide against the Biafran people that was banned by the Genocide Conference. The aim is to annihilate them by murder, rape, robbery, famine, theft of real and personal property, and collective denial of livelihood. ”
